I’ve been working in the global high-tech industry for over 20 years, starting as a tech support engineer and manager before transitioning to content design. I help companies create and maintain a unique persona, which echoes cohesively throughout all content channels and user journeys. I also create on-brand technical and thought leadership content.
Throughout my career, I managed projects and teams and lead cross-organizational collaborations. I am hands-on, a bookworm and a self-learner. I am both geeky and edgy and can communicate with all members of your organization, from CEO to DBA.
